I figure, I will replace the motor when i get the truck, so the engine was not a factor even though he says it runs good.

I have been looking for a savage like this, for a while too. The best thing to do is, always check for new listings on e-bay, because sometimes you will find someone that will put a cheap buy it now price, because they want to sell it fast.

:flamer: that is a great deal! motors for the savage 25 i have seen are around 150 dollars. so you got a good deal. did you win the bid? because when i went there i saw that it was 225 dollars but it said that the auction was over. hope you got it, the savage .25 is an awsome nitro truck!!!! :flamer:

Ok guy's I got the truck,[paid nothing for it, but we wont go into that] I have 2 questions. I'm getting the sh.28 and needed to know if my tranny will hold up? Also I need some new shocks. Should I stay with the plastic, or get some aluminum ones? Thanks guy's.

Well the truck took a month to get to me, and the person selling it, was selling it for someone else, so I really did not like that. I filed a complant with paypal, and they got me my 230 bucks back. So now I have a nice savage, that I got for free[seller has not contacted me] and I want to spend some money on it.

I did not scam anybody, The truck took a month to get to me, so I was pissed about that. I e-mailed the person, and told them that i would send the truck back if i got my money, but I have yet to hear from them. I have no problem sending the truck back, but if they never respond, you're telling me you would not keep the truck? I have good feedback on e-bay, and have never scamed anybody. If the seller contacts me, I will gladly send the truck back.

It just doesn't seem right to get a savage and take your money back, now that guy is out 230$. My bud was scammed out of 400$ and I bet that guy is pissed now.

I also want to add, that when I made the complaint, I did not have the truck yet and it had been a month, so here I'am thinking that I got ripped off. Like I said guy's I have never scammed anyone and if or when the seller contacts me the truck will go back.

That's as wrong as him not sending it after you paid for it. You should contact Pay-pal and let them know you did in fact receive the truck. And just in case you are wondering, mail fraud, which is what you have committed, is a federal crime. So good luck to you. You need to make every effort possible to return either the truck or the money.

Mail fraud??????? on my part? When I made the complaint, I had not recieved the truck yet. I thought that they never sent it, so thats why the complaint was made. Like I said, the seller just needs to communicate with me, so we can figure this out.

The thing is you made the complaint, they got you the cash and now you have the truck. You need to get in touch with PP ( i'm assuming you used paypal) and tell them that you got the truck. Think about it you STOLE from this guy whether he is communicating with you or not.

Was the guy wrong for taking a month to ship, you bet, are you wrong for not contacting paypal and letting them know you did indeed receive the truck, you bet. By you admitting you received the truck and got a refund from pay pal and then bragging about it really shows what type of person you are. How would you feel if it were you? I'll tell ya, pretty damn pissed, just like you were when you thought you were the one getting scammed. You are as wrong, or even more so than the guy that took his time to ship.

What you dont understand is I can't get a hold of the seller, I can't send a truck, or money back, without talking to them first. What happens if they moved? By the way, I contacted paypal and let them know that I recieved the truck on sat, and what I'am to do. You should not be judging someone saying they do not care. If I was that type of person, I'm pretty sure I would not have a good feedback rating with paypal or e-bay. I have been ripped off before on a savage[check out my post from last summer] and I know how it feels, and it sucks it came to this.
