I Read your post and have one bit of advice If you dont want to throw down all your money on a rtr revo I have a website that sells revos in three different versions one of which is the bare bones of the revo no radio, engine, electronics, wheels or tires but still has the base truck and the manuals and DVD with it for $249.99 It should be cheaper that way if you want to build a custom revo. The pins should be available separately.....if you only need 2 LMK I might have spares.....

IF they are a standard Maxx size....I have a bin w/ a bunch of different sizes too.....get me dimensions....

Thanks Plaid, but i already ordered em. They do not come seperately, as they are the same part number as all of the diff spyder gears. Got a set of them (for the front and rear) for $5 a piece. I can keep the spyders as spares now (as i got hardend steel diff gears).

So how is the build coming??

I'm doing one of myself! I started w a store bought stock revo though. The radio is replaced w a spektrum dx3.. all lunsoford and RPM. I'm going to mod my 2.5r engine.. A lot is getting replaced but I want to keep my reverse for bashing. I love just bashing the truck and I hate having to walk after it to get it unstuck!! But otherwise I'm doing it pretty bigtime.

Alright, i recieved some of the first parts today. I got the nova diff cups, and hardened steel diff gears (all of em) from RadRC. I need to get the seals and everything, and there are a bunch more parts on the way, just starting it off!!! Any upgrades for the bulkheads on this thing yet???

I visited RadRC.com and saw mostly t maxx stuff. Can you use the diff gears in a Revo that are used in the tmaxx????

thnx :arrr:
