Since there are no rating systems for music they just dont sell anything with the "Explicit Lyrics" label on them. As for movies they will only sell up to "R" ratings. No -Unrated or NC-17.

I havent bought a cd since the invention of Napster. Now I just buy the songs I like or rip my friends albums.
 
The local wal-mart doesn't even sell beer. If you want booze, it's Krogers, a conveince store, or the drive-thru in the middle of town.

Theres a bar in Wisconsin called the Booze-n-Go
 
They sell edited CDs yet still sell R rated movies. With the amount of ID checking they do, I don't understand why they don't sell unedited cds? Go in and try to buy white-out, touch up paint. I laughed in disbelief when the cashier asked for my ID when I bought paint for my car. So I'm old enough to own my own car and drive on the streets (potentially killing hundreds) and buy gasoline at 16 but I can't buy a tiny bottle of paint?
