Thats what it looks like here too, earlier today we had winds that I swear seemed like over 80 mph. The roof sounded like it was going to blow off. Most of the snow has been blown to the next county lol

youll gte some joey.... its headin ur way... we are suppose to get 6-8 inche's..

well since them pics we got 3 more inches of snow... wooohoooo the rc10gt will get its "SNOW BREAK IN" tomorrow... gonna beat the hell out of it!

Nice dog ... Jack Russel Terrier? I figured you would have a bigger dog. LOL

yea its a jack russel.... well i dont want a big dog in the house because of laura when I'm not home... if it bit laura she can kick the jack russel an it will fly.. she gets bit by a rotty or a pit... then she will be screwed an i will beat the dog to death... so i figured get a small dog and if it is a stupid one then she can handle it if its mean... but lucky (name of the dog) is really smart.. and good.. so i can't complain.

Thank god I don't have to take the cat out! We have about 7 inches here in Southern MD.

fiddlesticks you guys and your snow...thanks for reminding me another season is here and I can't ride...Florida Sucks!!!

Unless you like to sailfish! or play bridge... LOL Hey Plaid, I love the snow dude, but man you would think that we could find something else that would melt the snow without eating your car alive. We can send a man to the moon... but can make anything that will melt snow without melting your car. Snow is cool as long as you don't have to drive in it.. Sometimes I wish I was in FL..... Has it ever snowed in FL Plaid? Take care my friend....

Tom

Hey Plaid... not to thread jack... sorry.. but I was wondering if you knew of a good place to ski/board south of NewYork? Like PA or MD. Thanks man.

Tom

P.S. I swear I am not rubbing it in man... promise. :)

A. Man never landed on the moon! It was all a huge conspiracy. I can prove it, I've been there!

B. There are other things to melt snow that won't ruin your car, but it's too expensive right now. I like what they do in Denver, though. I was out there when it snowed hard and they put shredded tire rubber on the snow. It really doesn't melt it, but it provides traction! It could have been something else, but that's what it looked like to me! I know when I lived in Alabama, they'd throw sand on the snow and ice because they didn't have salt. Seemed to work then!

yea that salt KILLS your car, thats y its good to take it to the car wash (manual one with the power washer) and give it a good spray down, or else the car will rust BAD!

godale the only places I remotely liked in PA were Shawnee and Camelback.....if you go up north about 6 hours from there you can hit Hunter and Wyndam...much better than the PA spots...PA has flat mountains.....Near Shawnee is a ridge that I had more fun hicking a kicker than riding the mountain all week.....and Camp Gaw in Mahwah NJ had a slope that was like 2 football fields long (glorified sled run w/ a lift is more like it)and I'd rather ride that place than Most resorts in PA....Snowshoe in the carolinas is nice...I'm hitting there if nothing else this year.....make a long weekend trip out of it....

Up here we use either calcium, or dirt/salt. I prefer the dirt/salt becuase you get traction instead of slush.
