so your doctor told ya to start taking vitamins but didnt tell ya which ones ya need? Thats kinda odd. Like ya low on something? (Iron, protein, calcium etc.)

You know how some doctors can be. He asked if I take vitamins, and said yes.
He asked what I take, and I said a multi vitamin. He told me (as if I knew everything about vitamins), that I should take different vitamins for my heart, blood flow, eyes, bones, etc.
I said "OK" and left.

Salt peter? Malaria pills? Dioxin rain? Halizone? Iodine Tablets? LOL
For a while the V.A. was giving me Viagra FREE because they figure the dioxin in Agent Orange may have caused my Diabietes but they changed that to Lavitra because they think the Viagra might be helping me lose my eyesight! Hell, my Dad always told my if I didn't stop it I'd go blind!!!
