Hey i got this old school vhs camera at a garage sale tues. and i was wonderinging if anybody knew how to post vids useing a vhs camera. Cause if i got it work id make a website.
 
if you get a video capture card for your computer such as teh ATI all in wonder you can capture the vids from a vcr or teh camera itself.
 
ick i dont want to buy anthing but ohh well i just have to steal my friends camera lol

this is correct u need a capture card :(
 
Correct......a capture card. You can also get one like Dazzle, that's external and connects through the USB port. That's what I use. It will do A/V in or out, and also has the S-Vhs.
It also comes with the program "MovieStar 5" that allows you to assemble, edit, title and transition all your clips.
 
Just make sure the hardware doesn't capture in some uneditable format (like some of the ATI stuff). I think ATI has something called the TV Wonder or something that is a PCI card, but I don't know exactly what format it captures in.

At any rate, you will need a capture device to get it from analog (VHS) to digital (online format).
