Well I hate were the rx pack is in my savvy so I did this!

It is really simple just drill two holes one for each end of your wires that connect your bat to your rx. This way when you have to charge your rx pack you dont have to take the Whole front of your rig apart to get to them.:D

Thats a pretty cool way of doing it.
The pack in my Savage has 2 wires comming out of it, one that is permenantly plugged to the truck and the other one just hangs out of the front of the radio box, to charge it. But i like yours too, its original.;)

Yeah it had to be done! I never really got to run this truck but my setup left something to be desired! How do you have 2 plugs? My revo has that kinda setup I guess? Dono just hope this might help someone out there?

then also some switches have an extra charge wire for those also...when the switch is off it bypasses the rx and will flow directly to the battery

yes and the radio box has a mount for this extra wire.... its behind that cool rubber plug if you ever wondered what it was there for lol

For those with a 25 style radio box that is a good idea. The X gave you a mounting point for a extra charge plug....not the 25 though. I may have to try that on my older one. I put an extra plug on a couple packs but they can get clogged up with dirt...exp. my Revo.
