Venom temp cover...

I've checked Venom's website and couldn't find anything, but I could have sworn that I've seen a clear plastic cover that fits over the Venom temp monitor so you don't have to worry about it getting wet and such.

Anyone know where I can get this, or am I losing my mind?

I think it's just the case it comes in.I just cut mine down a bit and use it to keep the nasty stuff out.Venom recomended(sp) it in the instructions for it.

Is the Venom unit the same size as the MIP one? Maybe you could use the MIP version.

i went to michal's craft store and found some clear containers back by the beads,has 8 boxes i think u can get 4 reciever/speedmeter boxes. they fit both my reciever and speedmeter.u just have to cut the boxes every other 1,then cut small holes for wires. with a dremmel about 10mins a box to get it to look like it was never cut off. and u can axcess the top to get to speedmeter,then snaps back down water tight,has a hinged lid.good strong plastic to for protection.cost around$3.00 for the boxes

As for the Venom, just use the casing it comes in.

It comes with them, but if you have to replace them, 2002 is the part #. You can read up on it at Tower link above.
