OK, so I decided to go ahead and buy a VSM. Why not, right? Now I know how fast my car goes. I have a Nitro RS4 3 with an OS .15 CV-RX and a 2-speed tranny. So far I have reached the 40 mph plateau. But of those who have one, do you find that you just keep trying to squeak out that extra 1 mph when you're running? Trying to get this thing going as fast as possible? Man, it was like a drug the other day. Run....tune....run....tune... Even pushing the temps just to get that fastest run of the day. Just too addicting...

I want to get one of those.

I'd bet the 41/45 spurs and red 2nd gear pinion would get you around 50 mph.

Well for me, I just wanted to see how fast I could go. Biggest thing was just finding a place to run the car. 60mph needs a lot of damn room!

yea most parking lots around here that are rock free make it hard to max RPM's
