I used to be a heavy soda drinker,I could drink 2-3-1liter bottles of Coke a day, when i use to live in Pa where i could buy Turkey Hill all the time(they get a shipment like once a month up here) i could go through 1.5 gallons a day when working out side. In about the middle of Jan. of this year one night I said to myself I am gonna stop drinking Coca Cola, now i say Coca Cola because that is what I would drink the most off, I have not had a sip of Coca Cola to this day even though it is in my fridge since my siblings drink it,ok i can't say i have not had a sip i took a nice size sip about a week ago and it tasted horrible and did not sit right with me.

Now i have not completly stopped drinking soda since I will drink one cup of orange or sprite soda if we go out to dinner and if I want something more i will get water. The only time I drink soda really is at school I usually get a orange soda or a Vault,or if i am out and about i grab an AMP or water.
I think caffine has an affect on me it just depends on how much,a nice strong 24oz Wawa coffee keeps me awake,but of course they don't have Wawa up here.At home I mainly drink Kool-Aid,water,or unsweetend Ice-T.

When they quit making surge I boycotted Coke and caffeine Which lasted like 3 years. The Vault Pilot sent me was the 1st caffeine I had in years. He sent me 50 bottles and I still got 35-40 of them I bet. And I gave at least 5-6 away to friends..lol.. poop, i eat a candybar after 10 and I'm up till 4am.. Its bad..
 
See I dont really know if soda affects me. Cause there is times when i drink water and Kool-Aid and I could be up for 40 hours straight,crash,sleep for 12 hours and get up.The times I drink soda I can do the same thing,but then again no matter what I drink I could be awake normal hours and sleep for 8 hours and get up. The one thing that has screwed up my sleeping is that I go to night school to finish my HS credits a year early,the reason I picked night school is because I was gonna get a job up here during the day,but every place in town that is hiring i put in an app. and call a week later after seeing their ad again and they say they are not hiring. So either they don't hire out of staters that just moved here or eithe they dont want to hire someone that has work construction since he was able to work.. So at this point I have no set time to go to bed or wake up,as long as I am awake by 5pm on M,T,W,TH.

Taurine huh? Now we know why they call it red BULL.

Other than when I OD with my double-double shots of esspresso, (god I love that buzz, can't sit down, can't stop moving, can't stop can't stop gotta keep going fever!!!!!) i never notice the affects of sode or caffeine. I can drink a large coffee late at night and have one of the best sleeps ever. For me the warm liquid makes me sleepy, the cafeine has no affect in that regards.

Does anyone know if they are gonna bring it out in 2liter bottles instead of just 20oz bottles?

Some good poop! I agree Monkey, It tastes like Mellow Yellow. I picked one up the other day and my mom said I can't have anymore...

I got home from work today and opened the fridge for a nice cold one and i found these sitting in my fridge,my fiance heard me talking about it the other night so she picked me up a couple of bottles, I've already drank one and I'm wound up piss tight right now:jittery: i like it its not like those other energy drinks that leave that foul after taste in your mouth its more like the old surge. I think i could get to liking this stuff:wasted:

Atta boy! I hope it does well so it can stay around for a while. When they quit making surge.. man it sucked. We honnestly drove to Minnesotas surrounding states looking for it (After we cleaned it out around our area).
