User profiles in Fire Fox

How do I change user profiles in FF?
It was a bit weird but FF locked up on me. I closed it and when I reopened it it demanded that I setup another user profile. My existing one was still there but it made me create another one.

I have lost all my plug-ins, bookmarks cookies, and everything else.

I can't find any info or settings to change back.

Same here Ed... Just happened to me last night. I lost all my favorites, which really pissed me off...

Just upgraded the software a few minutes ago... lol

1. Start
2. run
3. firefox.exe -profilemanager (exactly like that)
4. ok

No problem eddy. Just make sure you have 2 spaces inbetween firefox.exe and -profilemanager.

Got it all back to normal now.
The first time I tried it told me the profile was already in use and I needed to choose another one. FF wasn't running and it didn't show in the running processes. I re-booted, tried again and then it worked fine.

I hope this helps someone else that may have this issue in the future.
