used but new to me savage 25

well i became a savage owner last night...
traded a revo 2.5 roller for a savage 25
came w/ 2 sets(8 tired and wheels) stock tires and wheels...


just finished installing my fresh LRP.30 and hot bodies pipe.
pretty stoked to finish a couple repair and replace the worn-out brake pad

ok now when ya get done laughing at my new to me UGLY truck and can catch your breath, What are some of the upgrades i should be looking into for this truck.

I do plan on doing a total tear down and clean EVERYTHING...
With the 25 chassis and it being so short it is very tight w/ the lrp.30 in it si while its down for cleaning i have to mod the top rigt side of the bulk head so i can get my spin start wand through to start the engine.
I am happy with the trade I did, I traded a revo less engine and electronics for the savage 25 less engine but with servo's and a AM radio
thought i had 2 ets of tires and wheels but ended up with 1.5 sets of tires and wheels, 1 tire had a split in it and one wheel had a rouned hex.

it still has the 2 speed trans and stock steering set up, so i think my first upgrade with be with the steering set up and my high torque servo

do know if i want to go with the three speed trans or just keep my since i dont run long distance we run short straights with tight corners
