Runninin here is mostly street stuff... Nice tracks but its been rainin.....where can i find aluminum shock towers for my xxxx-nt.. I keep breakin them and repairing them.. but it won't last. Goin' to the local shop tomorrow for rear shock towers... does anyone know where I can get aluminun shock towers??

yea, no problem.. I am currently shopping around for some for my RC10GT and Mini-T, so I dont mind.

I got a set of the RC Trix towers for my losi, You may have to slot the mounting holes a little either on the trany side or the battery box side. Also be very careful with those body mount post. Run a 4-40 tap through the holes before installing them and don't over tighten them. I broke one and had a hard time getting the screw out of the tower. Made new post out of an old GT brace tube and 4-40 screws.

Another cheap fix other than getting aluminum towers, is to get a piece of aluminum flat metal from the hardware store and cut it to the shape of the top of the tower across both sides. mount it to the inside holes and use longer shock screws. that will keep you from breaking any more towers. You can buy tower braces for the Losi trucks, but they aren't hard to make.
