I just put a Picco 26 in my revo. I know i should upgrade a few things, On my list is, Foc, aluminum 3 shoe clutch. I am running a THS pipe that came with the engine. What else should i be looking at? And what is a good gearing choice for it? I thought of putting a metal gear set in it but all the reading i have done there are mixed reviews. I will just get a couple extra set of plastic in case the dont hold up. Thanks for the help

In addition to the FOC, go ahead and put in the center diff and rear brake kit. It will help keep all four planted with the extra power and give you some extra whoa to go with the extra go.

If you go with the center Diff use 500k oil in it if you still want it to wheelie some, with the 100k that it comes with it will not wheelie at all anymore.

I would also upgrade to an 053 side pipe and header, you will get a lot more power from the motor. If you do you will need to also buy a header gasket for a small block. Put the small block gasket inside the big block gasket that comes with the 053 for a proper seal.

Steel spur and steel clutch bell. I was running 17t/36t in mine and it seemed perfect.

Good clutch. I love my bi-directional clutch from hot racing.

Steel tranny gears are not a must but would be a good upgrade, you will probably strip several plastic gears trying to find the right slipper setting if you have good grip tires.
