I have a lot of 10th scale cars at this point and I focus on racing over bashing. Is there a universal setup station that would work for SCT, buggies, and on-road cars?

I had a Hudy setup similar to this one back in the day. It had a bunch of different hub adapters and parts and pieces to make anything fit on it. Sounds like this one has option parts as well:
