Unable to find a fuel tank for my HPI RS4

I set an order for a new tank for my HPI RS4 in the beginning of January and it was supposed to be in stock in February. That never happened, and it is now April. Does anyone know where I could get one? This tank seems pretty specific...

My friend had that problem years ago ,he finally gave up an got rid of the car!..

Ok so you got the tank with a primer pump built in. Can you take a picture of the whole top of RC. This k a redcat tank might work for you bud. The redcats are built the same way

So do you have a way to messure the tank? This is the redcat set up. Pretty sure it will work for ya doesn't have the primer. But you. An get a primer ball for the fuel line..same thing

Thinking this redcat tank is the same tank.

Yeah man I think this tank will work for ya. Do you have calipers to take measurements of the tank? Did you see the one I'm talking about??
The redcat tornado and that HPI have the same lay out.

I have them at work so I will bring them home tomorrow. Where is the fuel outlet? hard to tell
if it's the right size I think I can cut off the mounting ears and epoxy them to that one.

some rusty piece of metal came out of my tank when I cleaned it out so I don't trust it.

You sure it was rust. And not just old fuel?
