RC Driving Style
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Sometimes my truck will stay in second gear or shift the second I hammer the throttle. It does not do it everytime. Is there a better clutch people are using?
 
All you have to do is take out you 1st gear and clean the one-way bearing. First gear relies on that bearing in order to work. When it gets dirty or gets too oily it slips and bang you're in second gear. Also clean the shaft where that one-way goes and use some fine steel wool on it. A small drop of 3 in one oil on the one way is all you need.
