Tunning problems....please help

I'm having some with my 3.3. 1-when motor idles its not an even idle. it oes up and down? 2-what are factory settings for hsn and lsn? 3-when i let off the throttle it makes a bubbling sound as the motor idles down? 4-how do i know when lsn is set right?

is this engine new? they dont idle good when there not broke in yet, factory =

HSN - 4 turns out
LSN - screw flush with outer washer
Idle - gap in carb between 0.5 - 1mm (nearer 0.5)
