today i was heading to the park and i tryed to tune it, when i was tunning the idle it kept going on it self like it wont stand still and the hole looks like 1mm-2mm so i just shut it off after 3 hours of tuning. Its funny as i was going to the park my building's ups driver lives right by me and he has like 5 savages and hes a awesome guy and he said hes gonna help me, i dont want him to do it i just want him to teach me.

If the idle is set too high it will jump because the clutch is engaging.

You want the idle as low as possible as long as it still idles reliably.

2mm is a relatively large gap. 1-1.5 should be good. check you throttle trim and make sure it's centered. If that's all good and it's still creeping, you're low speed needle is probably set too lean. richen it slightly until it idles consistantly but no longer engages the clutch.

black4x4 u may also wanna try the general rc nitro thread. there is a post in there about tuning that you may find helpful

yeah the throttle trim is on brake and it still tries to go, cause you know how the 3 sec rule thing how if you pinch the throttle it should stay on for 3-4 seconds and cut off i tried that and it worked but i still tries to go.
