When I pinch my fuel line to cut my 2.5 off it revs up like crazy! Is this good or bad what nobs do i need to mess with HSN LSN or idle? Also a good amout of fuel spray and smoke is coming out of the pipe but she runs like a bat with this setting.

Totally normal.
If you've ever been to the drag races or anywhere else they have alcohol or nitro engines, then you've heard one shut down. They cut the fuel and they rev-up a bit and die.
It should take a couple seconds for it to quit also.

Once you pinch the line, it starts to lean out since it's getting more air than fuel. A good LSN setting should shut it off in about 4 seconds.

Normal.... .when you pinch the line it will make it lean out, this will cause the hi rev. The spray out of the exhaust is normal, it keeps the engine lubed when runing. if you lean out the fuel it will run alot hotter.

I take it you've been putting your finger over the exhaust before now?

Not if you're gonna run it again that day. For short term storage...after run oil or not...you want to get all the burnable fuel out by pinching the line to shut it down and then pulling it a couple times to burn off the excess fuel. I take off the fuel line before doing this. Putting you finger over the stinger can flood an engine in some cases, but I've never seen it happen.

you can also go out and buy the fuel line kit used for the new tmaxx, this comes with a plastic peice that is on the fuel line. all you have to do is squeez the plastic part and it shuts off the engine faster then using your fingers
