hi, break in is done. I broke it in when it was like 25 degrees out(it was terrible), but i wrapped a towel around the cooling head so temp reached up to 238. weather warmed up to 50 degrees and now i have to retune it. the best i have it now is bad. If i mash the gas it will stall so i have to gradually press the gas which is not fun for bashing.

What, if any, changes did you make to any carb settings while it was breaking in?

If you are still getting good top end, the problem with a sluggish start is the LSN. Turn it in (clockwise) 1/16th of a turn and try it. Make sure the engine is at running temp before making any adjustments. If it improves, but still isn't great, lean it a hair more.
