hello I'm geting a t maxx next week and i have no clue how to tune it pleas help and pics would be great

Yes read and watch.. It shld come with a dvd with show you how to do it..
My revo did.. if not Ebay for a few dollars..

best advice on tuning someone gave me.... "Be PATIENT"
I've had my Revo for about 6mths and sometimes i think I've got it and other times i have to reset my engine back to factory setting (thats in the manual) and start all over again...
Apparently we will get there eventually.. Well hope I'm getting close :)

+1 with the reading and videos, they will help a lot. But as the guy at the lhs said, once you go Italian you will never go back. I myself can't wait till my 3.3 gives up and I can get a picco. :D and have a 3.3 as a back up. Either way they are a great learning experience and tons of fun. G/L

But I'm scared to spend $300 on a Red Dot then stuff it up..
Think i might get one more 3.3 after this one just to be sure i THINK i know what I'm doing :)

Hard to say how long it will last.. so many factors to consider...

You will need:
Spare glow plugs
Fully charged batteries
the tools that shld come with the truck
Big flat open space (while breakin it in)
Patience
The manual (keep with u untill ur a little more confident)
I'm sure I've missed something so either someone else will fill my blanks or i will Repost :)

so will they just qwit no fixing them? do i need a spesial onefor the 3.3 ? any certan brand any thing?

no its used the guy says he has a couple extra ones though

thats good ...you should be ok for a while ..i try to never have less than 5 spare ones ..because there are no Hobby shops near me ..so i have to get them online and sometimes it takes a couple weeks for them to get here ..

...just make sure to have fun with the truck when you get it ;) :D...and if you dont break anything , it means your doing something wrong ...lol ;)

haha ok cool i seen a bulk pak of 10 for like 60 bucks whats a good price for them?
