Tuned vs Turbo pipe

Hey : got a rs4-3 evo with a .12 cvr(x) and i am going to start using 30% fuel with a cooler plug ( i only run thruogh 1/2 gal a year so i am not worried about possible engine life decreace) but to get to the point, what would add even more pop ( rd logic tuned or rd turbo 2 pipe) I like speed runs, and just tooling aruond .Anyway in looking for bad ass pipe for the $$ and better than a stock pipe.

you might want to look into some of Vantage Racing CF Tuned pipes. I'm curruntly using one on my Evo and its Great.. Quite but yet effective
