tuned savage pipe question.

got a savage 25 think its a 4.1 but says hpi 25 on engine block.
running a stock plastic exhaust.
will you realy notice a performance increase by fitting a alloy tuned pipe to it?or just make car louder.
and what make pipe would be the best?

I've been lookin for one myself a lot of guys on here like the Hot Bodies pipe.

The Savage S-25 is a 4.1. That's a .25cc engine. The newer 4.6 is a .28cc engine...

As for a pipe, I actually have one I never installed and now that I'm working on getting my Savage out of deep hibernation (also a S-25 RTR) I plan to put the pipe to use. Got to get my 3-speed figured out first and get a good tune in it, then I'll swap the pipe and see what it does.
