Hey, man I'm not in BAD shape but i need loose some wieght, I've been eating bad food lately and I'm not as good as shape as i was before
Any tips?
OR GOOD DIETS?
 
It's hard to lose weight. I'm in bad shape too. I usually just eat my vegetables (Celery + Peanut Butter = Yummy) and look out for calories on some snacks. I also eat some yogurt when I'm craving for something that's not celery. It's also good to jog or do some exercising. I actually have WiiFit, not sure if it works, but it is fun :D. I also love Wheat Thins. I usually buy the low-fat ones, and they still have that good taste.
 
i stopped drinking soda and cut way back on beer for the last 2 months and dropped about 12 lbs so far...its so easy to gain weight but a bitch to lose it.

+1 I'm out of shape too. I dont even know why, i really dont eat that much, i drink alot of water. My brother is 17 and eats like a horse and i mean a horse and dosnt gain weight at all. I never drank soda in my life. another think kind off off topic, i chew tobacco:\:\. I really want to quit, but everyone i talked to that quit gained weight. i guess becuase the nicotine craving, you want to eat. and I'm scared if i quit i will blow up more.:\
 
I'm way out of shape to, and when I do loose any weight some other part of my body finds it, LOL!!!
 
Exercise, and cut back on junk food and soda. Thats what I did, and since last november I have lost 30 pounds. The only reason I keep slaving at UPS every night is because it is a total work out. Throwing 70 pound boxes around is hard work and really helps shave weight. Cuttin out Soda also really helps cut weight, if you cut soda out of your diet for 1 week youll be really suprised how much weight you loose and fast. I did that back in high school a couple of times when something important was coming up lol, but I could drop 6 pounds in a week just doing that. Junk food is another key. Look at servings on things such as chips, if it says 3 servings in a bag, eat just a little and save the rest for later. Thats my weight loosing tips lol. Hope that helps a little.
 
Being a RC addict it should be simple to loose weight. Here's the plan:

Step 1) Drive your nitro RC with a nearly dead Rx battery.
Step 2) Chase your now runaway RC.
Step 3) WALK, dont drive to the LHS for the new parts you just broke.
Step 4) Wash, rinse and repeat.

This plan should work within a week for the simple fact of 1) your now too tired to even think of eating 2) Your now too broke to afford any bad foods 3) You just got a years worth of high impact work outs within a week :)

Every time I think about dieting I get hungry. So for me not thinking about a diet is helping me to not gain weight LOL
 
Cardiovascular work outs are much better than weight training. I run every day for 5-7 miles, then 3 sets of 25 with sets of 25 situps inbetween, then 10 hard minutes on a heavy bag.
 
Watch your Carb intake, and soda's....Drink Ice tea UNSWEET....

I did this and lost 10lbs. in a week and a half
 
it's all in your mind. Only you can achieve the diet and exercise. You have to really set yourself a goal, a simple goal at first then broaden it as you go along.

Eating habits are the hardest to break, especially for those of us who work wonky schedules and can't eat at the same time every day or work late.

Cutting carbs is definitely a must, but not 100%. Need to have some bread and cereal and pasta. But eat smart.

Remember muscle weighs more then fat :)

Been doing it for two weeks now and so far so good ... other then being sore
and walking a mile every night seems to be keeping the weight off :)
 
Give up soda.
Drink more water.
Don't skip breakfast. Eat a healthy one (very important)
Don't make immediate radical changes to your diet, that sets you up for failure.

Concentrate on eating more sensible portions of current diet.
Try to work in changes to your current favorite foods
i.e. Mustard instead of Mayo on burgers, wheat and whole grain bread products, etc

Doing this will show you some fairly quick results, which will encourage you to make larger changes.
Be aware that you will eventually plateau and your weight loss will slow down or stop.
At that point you really need to increase your physical activity to see further losses.
