So I stripped the fuel inlet on my carb on a trx 3.3 for a tmaxx classic. I know I can get the carb body at my lhs for $16 since the components are still good. My question is is it worth it to just get a diff carb altogether or.just stick with stock? I've heard of traxxas carbs having vapor lock issues. Thanks

I have never had any issues, with any of my 2.5 or 3.3 engine with then carbs, except the fuel line inlet stripping. I have heard of some guys using the Losi 3.4 carb on the Traxxas 3.3 engine and say they really liked it better. I have never tried it.

Sweet. I'll just get me a carb body for a fraction of the cost then n be a lil morecareful sealin it up on this one lol. Thanks guys

Many 3.3s and I've never had a single issue that "wasn't my own fault"
