Ok i have a Savage and i am interested in getting one of these kits. Theyre basically the same thing only diff would be the bigger wheels/tires, which is no biggie, bcuz if i buy the truckzilla .46 i'll buy it with no tires and get the 7.7's on the side. But the only real diff would be the engines, exhaust etc. There is a big price difference between these. Is it really worth get the twin . 26? or just get one .46. I know 2 engine is gonna be twice as much problems gas etc. I'll probly get the regular Truckzilla .46, but does the 2 .26 make a differece? Is it alot faster accel or top end? more Torque? And with engines what does .26 and .46 mean? I guess the Higher the better. So yea plz respond

.46 is .46ci.

my mate has the .46 in his sav. very powerful, but if you want quick accel and top speed may i reccocmend a good .28 or .30?

I'm not bashing you, so dont take it as such .......but if you dont know the basic differences between those two engines, & think that just because its bigger means its better.

id say stick with what you have at the moment & think about what your trying to acheve, then do some research on whats out there

Not speaking from direct experience, but I have heard that the HB .46 was a troublesome engine. Not sure if they've sorted that out any better.
By the same token, dual .26's would probably sound pretty sweet and have tons of torque. But that does mean twice the tuning issues. Twice the headache at times. I don't know of many members here who have run dual mills so I don't have a lot of firsthand feedback about how hard it really is.

I've heard the same things candyman. I'd say get yourself a novarossi .28 or something with insane power like that. The money that you put into your truckzilla kit will give you more headaches then fun. Thats just my point of view.

I also heard the same thing. The 46 truckzilla mill is a bit fincky and probably isnt the best mill out there, esp if your new to the hobby. I've gotten pretty decent at tuning over the years and still dont know how comfortable I would be tuning two mills to run the exact same. Also by the sounds of it a .30 is more than enough power,a .46 might be a little overkill.

yea the 2 .26's are a lil crazy... there are 3 types of truckzilla kits, theyre all basically the same thing the only diff one doesn't come with an engine, one comes with a .46 and the other comes with 2 .26's. i like the truckzilla cuz it makes your truck bigger. So i'll get the basic with which brings Two long wheelbase chassis plates, Four UFO wheels and Fireball tires, One rear center shaft dogbone, give the truck bigger tires a bigger size and later on i can buy a nice engine for it. BTW do they sell a pull start for the Nitro Star S-25 ???
