Truck intermittently hesitates at wide open throttle what would be the cause

What would be the causes I doesn't bog or hesitate all the time tune seems fine would it be the gears or glow plug
 
is there a chart somewhere ithat shows all the directions of adjustments so i can keep it on reference?
 
i believe its under the nitro rc talk tab in the stickies at the top. but if your lean turn the needle counter clockwise about 1/8th of a turn and then see what happens the truck may lop at this point. Thats where when you let off throttle from wide the throttle doesn't just drop in kinda keeps going then drops thats also a lean lsn rich about another 1/8th and see if that fixes the issue
