Hi Forum,

Does anyone know were I can get some parts for a TP.15? I am looking to get a pullstart assembly and some parts for the carb. I can't seem to find anyone willing to help me.

Thanks,
Mark.

Picco/Trinity

Thanks for the reply but they had nothing to fit this old motor and Chad at trinity is a jerk and wouldnt help me at all even though they were the disti when this engine came out, so it looks like a lost cause.:(

I can't seem to find an email address for Picco and calling would be way expensive being located in Italy. I am sure someone on this earth has parts for this engine.

Finding parts can be problem with older engines - especially if you don't have a parts list for that engine.
It's like finding a needle in a haystack.

One thing that you have going for you is that many parts or part sizes are somewhat universal in nature. For example, Picco may have only used one sized pull-starter for all 12 and 15 engines, and other manufacturers may have also used a similar dimension pull-starter.
A search of eBay can often help you if you're looking for older parts.
You might be lucky to find used Picco and salvage parts from it to fix yours.
In the case of the carb, you might just be able to replace your carb with the "new" one.

Here's a link to an Omega pullstarter that may (or may not) work for you.

I found something that may help you out - then again, maybe not.
I have a parts listing for a Trinity Picco 12 and it shows that the part number for the pull start is TP5156 and it appears the same part fits the .15.
The .12 series pull start engines are the TP91 & TP96.
The .15 series pull start engines also listed are the TP123 & TP125
These have blue heads.

I googled TP5156 and found this....

TRI TP5156 PULL STARTER:PICCO.12 & .15 .....$ 41.99
He ain't giving it away...

The carb for the .12 was listed as part number TP6300.
It's a rotary not a slide carb & I’m not sure if this carb fits .15 though..

Got one hit on TP6300....
