My Nitro Sport came factory-equipped (that just sounds cool) with Ultra Shocks and assortment of spacers. I've applied the largest set of spacers and the ride is certainly stiffened quite a bit. I also added oil all the way around too. In the dirt and what not, is a stiffer suspension going to be an issue?

The stiffer suspension will make it hop more when it hits a bump. Maybe to the point were it wants to flip. If the tires are not touching the ground, braking , acceleration and steering are all decreased. Also too stiff of a suspension can make it want to flip when landing.

The oil spills out of the diaphragm under the shock cap. When you're running offroad, it's better to be on the soft side because that allows the truck to track better and stay on the ground.

Thanks, gents - that's what I was thinking. I'll remove some oil and call it good.
