traxxas pn:4900 (upgrade kit)quick ?

i was told to get the traxxas upgrade kit so i can use my 3.3 i have, said the part number was 4900 i lookd it up on ebay n looking a the pictures i can't really tell if its right? I'm going from an o.s engine no idea what size but a rotory carb, side mount manifold. so i just want to be sure the kit has the right part to use the slide carb on the 3.3, the picture looks like the manifond is the right on,just the carb I'm worried about.

You should just need to pick up the stock post and linkage. Throw up a link to your parts; we'll be happy to tell you if they are what you need.

The Tower Hobbies site indicates that this kit includes the linkage and bellcrank for a slide carb set-up, so you should be OK.

However I'd say that the muffler looks like a cheesy throw away item to me.

dont use that muffler it will melt buy your self a resenater for the 3.3 it wont melt because its metal and it will give you a lil more power.
