Got a new pit bottle and ez start harness for freeeeeeeee! Granted they only cost about 10 bucks but still freeeeeee

Told them my bottle had a crack in it which it does and was running with the body off and flipped it and tore the blue wire all to hell and told them that so they sent me new ones yay!
And where's a good place to buy aluminum skids

Small price to pay from traxxas to get good reputation and recomendations at 500 a piece give or take.

i am totally happy with traxxas, my hobby shop did a great job showing me traxxas. but that doesn't mean i can't break them.

I called traxxas with a problem on a NEW 3.3 eng and they told me to bad for me I'm thinking that traxxas will satisfy a small claim to keep ppl happy but on larger claims they back away.

Not always true, when my 3.3 was about 1/2 gal/1 month old, I split the con rod and called Traxxas. They said to send it to them. 2 weeks later they sent it back with new piston/sleeve and con rod. No charge.

I don't know what to say maybe they don't like me

Well maybe it helped that I dropped it off to them. I'm lucky enough that their US factory (Plano TX) is only 15 minutes away. My gas to drive was cheaper than USPS shipping.

The service entrance is small, maybe 5'x6' with service window, small counter and a "ring bell for service" bell. But from the outside I would estimate the building to be about 80000 to 90000 sq. ft. Quite large. This building houses sales, engineering, manufacturing and distribution. However I think it's safe to assume most parts are made overseas and imported. The coolest part was seeing the 2 semi trucks parked off to the side vinyl wrapped with graphics. These were the "pit" trucks they take to big RC races and RC shows. I've actually applied to Traxxas for an engineering position when I saw an opening on Monster.com ( I have a BSEET) looking for someone with engineering background and general automotive design knowledge. They never called me b ut I was certainly hoping! :\
