i was looking to buy a new exhaust pipe and i was wondering if the blue pipe that traxxas make is any good if yall could give me some advice to whether this pipe is any good i will greatly appreciate it and if not then what pipe would you reccomend

thanks

The blue alum. Traxxas pipe rocks for the Pro .15. For the 2.5 it does ok, but I'm sure there are better pipes out there.

I concur that the Blue TRAXXAS tuned pipe works well on most .15 engines. I run it on a Fantom and it works great. There are a couple of pipes out there for the 2.5 (which is a .15 sized engine) that are designed specifically for that engine. As for how well the Blue pipe might perform on the 2.5, I would have to rely on someone who has tried it to give you a better answer.

Go ahead and run the Fantom pipe. It's the best for the money!

Look into the Trinity Sirio Big Bore Pipe. It helped out both the low power end and the high power end. As a general rule for pipes:

Long skinny pipes- increase top speed
Fat wide pipes- increase your torque (acceleration)

The trick is finding out how you drive and what works with your setup.

Here is a pick of the Sirio Pipe:
