will a traxxas 2.5 fit on a savage.....if not what needs to be done......thanks!

Um....you would need 3 or 4 of them to give the Savage enough power. The 2.5 is a 2.5cc...or a .15cubic inch (ci). The Savages (newer ones) come with a 4.6cc or .28ci. It could be done but would have no power and you would be over temping the little guy getting any power out of it. It would be like putting a 2.0liter 4 banger in a big full size dullie pickup. Just not doing it. But engine mount (Modded) modded clutch and bell....no to be rude but why the huge step back in power?

Traxxas engines are to WEAK to be used in savages. You need a custom engine mount to get them in there. The only small block engine i know that will push a savage pretty good is a o.s. .18.
