I'm putting and OS 18 in my maxx and wondering what the beat break in method would be. I have broken in 2 traxxas motors with their five tank method and am comfortable with it. I would prefer to use it again unless someone thinks it isnt a good method for the OS. Thank you guys.

The traxxas method is as good as any. If you use the os method don't take it literally when they say to lean the needle after every tank. You have to adjust the needles according to the conditions outside and engine performance.
