Traxxas .15 in HPI rs4 rtr?

Hey guys,

New to the group. I got traxxas .15?(factory one) Not the 2.5 out of my Tmaxx(4 yo) and would like to put it into my HPI rs4 rtr(4yo). Has anyone done this? I would think its possible, but not sure if I need to do anything special?

anythings possible with some good old fashioned ingenuity. is the rs4 with a motor and running now? or does it need a motor? i just dont see the point of going from one factory .15 to another factory .15

Unfortunately no, it won't work. The Tmaxx has a short shaft crank, and the RS4 requires a standard shaft crank. So you won't be able to put the T-Maxx engine in the RS4
