It takes all of 1/2 hour to 45 mins. to replace and about 6 bucks at you lhs.Why "getto" it. I just replaced the wifes and it's easy to do. Just make sure you blow out the casing of all the teeth and debri or you will be replacing other gears as well.
 
i meant get to lol sorry not getto and i am going to do it myself but i want to get a metal one do they sell just that gear?

if i get an foc do i even need that 22t gear????beacsue thats the one that is stripped
 
ok another Question ......

i want to put all steel gears in my tranny wat do i need or will a 3.3 tranny hold up to my .28?

and bolt on to my .21 chassis?

Not sure of any of those questions . However i do know they make the gears plastic for a reason. If you go with metal gears you will end up with more trouble than you started out with. The only metal upgrade i would do is the shell of the tranny. Sorry i couldn't help more
