By not stopping, do you mean the brake doesn't work or it won't stop staying in second?

Sounds like you replaced the transmission, spur gear and clutch - is that correct?
Between them you should have resolved your issue.

If your Savage is at idle, how fast is your engine idling?
Is it going fast enough that your clutch is engaging?
For example, if you let off the brake, does it move forward or try to move foreward?

like the transmission wont stop going into no gear but finally i broke first gear and the same day i broke second gear but now i am putting in a three speed so i am going to see how that goes and yes the truck just takes off by itself without out hitting anything

If your truck is moving forward when you are expecting that it should be sitting there at idle, then it sounds like your idle speed isn't correctly set.

Either your idle screw (carb setting) needs adjustment, or your throttle trim (on the handset controller/transmitter) needs adjustment - maybe both.
Could even be your throttle linkage needs tweaking.

Tinkering with your transmission's gears will do you no good.

Points to ponder:
When you hit the brake, does the engine slow down?
While the engine is not running, pull the air filter.
Turn on the Transmitter and your Savage.
Look down the carb, how big is gap between the carb's slide and the carb body? It should be about 1mm.
Hit the brake, does the slide close more?
I'm sure this site has some good information regarding setting your idle speed - look this info over.
