RC Driving Style
Do I have to remove the engine on the tmaxx to remove the transmission or can it be taken off with out all that trouble?
 
no you dont have to take the engine off to remove the tranny.just be sure you remove the stuff that is above the tranny.
 
Don't be lazy, its only 4 screws, fuel line and linkage.
Just think you can check your clutch, bearing, and clean it up while your at it.
Proper maintenance is a huge part of the hobby.
 
Just go onto Traxxax's website, they have full instructions to walk you through it. I just did mine yesterday to replace a messed up reverse gear.
