Transmission trouble?

The engine runs fine but when youngster gunned motor while car was up against a bush the wheels quit and now they won't turn. How do I diagnose what to take apart or how do I check to see what is the cause? I bought this car and did not build it so it's all new to me. Thanks You, soupysayles

I would first check the screw pins that secure the drive cups to the transmission and the diffs. They are notorious for falling out and sometimes breaking.

1st i would check the spur gear

2 check the slipper clutch

3 check trans

i would think it would be one of the three due to the fact that all wheels stopped pulling

i believe its the spur gear slipper clutch is slipping or burnt up might need replacing
