T-maxx 2.5, What PM's should i do to my trans? It works fine and i want to keep it that way. Also i want to put a 3.3 in my 2.5. I have never opened my trans, and to be honest i am kinda standoffish. I just know i'm going to mess it up. Any advise

Unless you break something in it, don't sweat it. The transmissions in most RC's are designed to run dry (8th scale style sealed diffs being the exception).

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.... Don't put any lube in a T-Maxx tranny. If you want to upgrade it you can do a foward only conversion (FOC) But that does involve opening it up.
If you ever do have a problem you can ask in here and get some sound help, but as far as I know there is no PM to a Maxx tranny.
P.S. if you do ever open it up just TAKE YOUR TIME and you can even write stuff down as you take it apart. and use the exploded views from Traxxas.com

does it have reverse if it doesent then you can't really mess anythiang up but if it does just be carefull

Part of being in the sport is learning things and eventually you will need to do something. I had a revo and felt the same way but finally had to work on the transmission housing. I had crashed in the street in front of my house. I purchased the new housing and carefully disassembled everything installed the tranny into the housing put it all back together started her up and it would not run becasue the tranny orientation was wrong. I had to take all apart and reverse the tranny. I was not worried the second time I took it apart. Another good thing to do is look at your parts identification drawings they show how everything explodes out which can be very helpful. Good luck!!!
