I ordered the RC4WD 2-Speed Transmission for my SCX-10 and had a question:

What should I use to lube the gears?

RC4WD has their own brand of lube they recommend but they are out of it and have been for a while. Anyone have any suggestions?
 
i used red and tacky in mine, last time i opened it up it was still red and tacky.....:D after a bunch of trails runs
 
Okay, sounds good. I'll pick up some at may local auto parts store around the corner.
