Tranny options....

So I picked up a FLM emaxx, some interesting goodies on it (proline shocks, ofna spider diffs) but it has an older chassis, for the 2-speed tranny. I ordered a brushless tranny to upgrade but quickly learnt that it has 4 mounting holes, not 8 and although it seems to fit, will require making mounts, which might be tricky. I'm looking for suggestions on what to do...I want this to handle 6s and hope not to need to buy another chassis.


Any suggestions??

You will be much better off in the long run if you take the time to make mounts and fit the center shafts if needed and use the BL tranny.

Yeah I have it mocked up with my dog bones and it fits....just not the mounts. I have some spare carbon fiber that I think will work just fine, seeing as the brushless tranny is also narrower than the 2 spd.
