Tranny Maintainance?

I see that a Savage Tranny Maintainance kit exist (for cheap). Looks like a gasket and not much more. But what is the maintainance on a Savage Tranny consist of?

good answer.. Instead of that kit, buy yourself a few bevel gears and 13t bevel gear pinions. I would also invest in spares of just about every screw on the truck and a bottle of locktight.

I'd worry about the diffs before the tranny. Look into a spare set or two of diff bevel gears just in case. Look at a diff case, too.
