Tranny lube

Howzit going fellas.Was just wondering if i need to put some kind of grease on the transmission gears?If so ,what kind?
Any help is appreciated.

The factory recommends no grease.
You can use a its-ie bits-ie amount of lithium or silicon grease if it make you feel better.
