thanks guys i have a few more little things to do to the tf2 and I'm calling it done

the 4 door need a little more sanding and alot of work on the bed then I'm gonna start getting it to a roller I'm not gonna go crazy with it just set it up to pull a trailer

finishing up some details on the body made some inner fenders painted the hood black probly gonna go back and paint the inside of the bed black also

propane 22r all the way lol i plan on getting a matching spare too but I'm thinking about going to 1.9s maybe

inner fenders front and rear i think it came out good

the dash is two tone to break it up a bit

going for a really basic inside but ima gonna add a driver soon and its done

That's one SERIOUS beauty! You know it came stock with the brown dash.

thanks rolex! the brown was a random can of paint at work and i thought went good together with the tan so i used it





next one in the making is gonna look a little like this

If you want a very realistic bed liner, pick up a can of black Dip-It spray. It will give you that scale look as well as the semi sheen of the real thing.
How close or far you spray from the surface will determine the texture.

well after getting it all painted i end up frying my esc so i got a Holmes Hobbies torquemaster and a new 3s lipo and put on the mip shafts i been having

i made this little video at work today its not the great by any means but it shows the speed this thing has

it hard to video on a phone and drive lol hope i have get out this weekend and maybe get some better video

Looks good man, i think i would go with a trail finder if i were to get another scaler.

thanks alot i been working on it for a good while and i took it out for the first time since the new paint job and scratched it up good butit was fun and i snapped a few pic out in the sun

sorry for the crappy pictures my phone sucks should have some video soon going out trailer with some friend this weekend

oh and my other yota is coming alone can't wait to have this one done and a trailer to pull my Trailfinder2

camper is gonna be full detailed on the inside too

I think I have just as much if not more fun building as I do driving my trucks

I have spare tire bed mount coming for the TF2 should be here any day and I'm gonna focus more on the 4 door to get it at least a rolling chassis

been working alot on this camper
I'm not gonna close off the top or back till i do more work inside

its still rough and i plan to sand all the corners to take away some of the boxish look

wasn't gonna have a door the open but i changed my mind so now I'm gonna make the tailgate open also which should be fun..not
think it came out good for a first time

I'm thinking about getting this roof rack

if you guys want me to start a new tread for this 4 door and camper id more then happy so let me know

ok so I'm glad i posted the 4 door in this thread b/c now my TF2 is gonna be a 4 door bodied TF2

i cut the chassis in half and made it a little longer

i sanded down the stock chassis rails to fit inside the C channel and it fits real tight but i still need to do some stuff to it before its done

i been hurt so i havent been able to do much over the last week and half but I'm about to start back on it alot soon

i need to get new longer drive shafts and come up with some way to mount the body

Started working on the seats for the 4door
Took a bench seat an cut it down to make older looking bucket seats

Tonight I'm gonna start the floor so I can get a lay out of how everything is gonna sit inside

What size/brand are the wheels and tires in these pictures, thats the look i want when i decide to build mine.
