Toshiba Tv remotes...

For those of you who happen to have a toshiba tv, have you had problems w/ your remote?

I have a 20'' toshiba flat screen, and after about 2 years, the remote will stop working all of a sudden untill I smack it a few times on something hard. :hammer: It gets really annoying having to use the pda as a remote.. I called toshiba about it and they said they've heard of it happening before, but they wouldn't do anything about it.

ya, I was just kinda bored, and I reached the very back of my mind today and found this issue...lol.

no, but the buttons on my toshiba TV dont work!they just quit one day!

open it up and look for a loose connection. have your soldering iron handy.
