Once I got my Picco .26 maxx I found that the eazy start didn't turn the motor over. I think the motor being new was way to tight. If the eazy start doesn't work after break in I am thinking of going with either the Ofna torquestart or a tiger drive. I haven't heard anything about the Ofna and I haven't heard much good about the tiger drive. Any thoughts?

Its so hard because it is new. You can loosen up the glow plug a little the retigten when started or you can heat up the head with a hair dryer.

I had an old tamia adapter hanging around and a 12v battery. That got me threw break in. Now I am just wondering about the day to day.

I'm kinda in same boat but with p3 28 and a pull start keeps breaking. on it so thinking about going with a torque start on it.

my picco 26 max came with the pull start and worked well. later gave out put the traxxas pull start, then that gave out after 3 pull starts i got tired and now use the one way bearing that came with the picco pull starter and use it with socket and drill. the back of the engine looks kinda funny with out the pull start and just the shaft sticking out but it works great! havent had any problems.
