i have axis buggy that boggs shortly after startup and gets hot shuts off i have looked all over and set carb to spec settings
 
Check it for air leaks and seal it up. Air Leaks will wreak havoc on a tune.
 
+1 to Motogod and a lean LSN can be the issue when experiencing a bog.
