I've seen the problem and am currently working on a fix - as Chris said this only happens if your window is not maximized.

Funny thing is the problem doesn't happen in FireFox 0.8 but does in IE - goes to show how well IE is compatible with CSS. I also agree with mcvickj regarding to FireFox, very nice and very fast. Though I'm not a big netscape fan, never have been.

Maxx Trooper read the post just before yours for the answer to your question.

WoodiE, must be something tied to formatting of that top line. I run IE and the only way I am able to duplicate the error is if I collapse my window to the point where the right margin starts to hit the "Links" link. Then it starts to push that top line of hyperlinks to the left (off the window).

I've had the same thing for the past few days as well. Even with my screen maximized it looks the same. I just deleted my temp files and reopened IE and nothing changed. When I minimized and slid the right margin in the picture next to the RCNT logo and both link lines move along with it, everything else stays put.

The issue is going to be impacted by the resolution you run, also. If you run 800x600 or smaller and then have your window not fully maximized (as in it fills the entire screen), then you will see this issue.

so even with the screen maximized, i will still see the problem. like in the attachment in my previous post. but why is it only on the home page and not in the forum? maybe I'm missing something

It is actually present on all pages with the header and link bars. I am not certain as to why it is more prevalent on the front page.

If you have experienced this problem please check the site again as I believe a fix has been created. I have not been able to re-create the error anymore.
